It simply starts with a phone call, fax, letter or email from you. We want to hear about your group and your ideas. Some groups have a clear sense of where they wish to go and what they want to do there, whilst others need help and guidance. With your input, we develop an itinerary and quote a per person price, based on the intended date of travel, the anticipated number of participants, and the inclusions which have been agreed. There is no charge for this service.
Discover Europe will produce full-color double-sided itineraries for you, or will provide the copy if you choose to print your itinerary in-house. Successfully filling a trip is largely due to the marketing and publicity efforts of the sponsoring organization.
